Huile d'Olive Superieure de Nice

The olive oil of Nice is made with fresh olives. Its primary aroma is almond and it may have secondary aromas of raw artichoke, broom flowers, lemony notes, hay or pastry. Over time, these aromas might evolve toward ripe apple and dried fruits such as hazelnut and almond.
