Return & Refund Policy
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (cooling-off period).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. You can use the withdrawal button available on our store, or contact us at Support@VintageArtReprints.com.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note: Custom or personalized items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Important: Art prints and posters are printed on fragile luster premium photo paper. Because creases and damage can occur very easily once packaging is opened, we are unable to accept returns on art prints or posters once the packaging has been opened. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging immediately upon receipt — before opening it — and contact us at Support@VintageArtReprints.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received it, contact us at Support@VintageArtReprints.com.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at Support@VintageArtReprints.com.

Please note: Items must be shipped to a street address. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
Shipping Costs
All domestic orders ship at a flat fee of $15.00. International orders are calculated during checkout. Wholesale packages of 50 posters are sent flat with free shipping.
Packaging
Posters, photographs, art prints, and canvas are rolled with paper to protect against damage before being packaged in craft tubes measuring 3" x 30". A single poster with tube weighs approximately 1 lb. Tubes containing multiple posters may weigh up to 2 lbs (this is rare).
Tracking
You can check the status of your order with the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.

International Orders
International orders shipped to Canada and Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments, due upon delivery. These charges are not included in the order total.
